This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.
1. Donations Are Non-Refundable
All donations made to ILM Voice Foundation are voluntary, final, and non-refundable.
Since donations are immediately allocated toward ongoing educational programs, scholarships, and welfare initiatives, we are unable to reverse or refund contributions once completed.
2. Duplicate or Incorrect Transactions
A refund may be considered only in the following situations:
- Duplicate donation due to a technical error
- Incorrect amount charged due to a payment gateway failure or bank error
In such cases, donors must notify us within 48 hours of the transaction with valid proof.
We will verify the issue and process the refund (if applicable) within 7–10 working days.
3. Cancellation of Recurring Donations
If you have set up a monthly or recurring donation, you may request cancellation at any time by contacting us.
Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
4. Payment Gateway Charges
Any charges deducted by the payment gateway or bank are non-refundable, even in the case of an approved return.
5. Event or Program Registration Fees
If ILM Voice Foundation organizes events, workshops, or training sessions:
- Registration fees may be refundable only if the event is canceled by us.
- If a participant cancels their registration, refunds are not guaranteed and will depend on the event’s specific terms.
6. How to Request a Refund Inquiry
To request support regarding a donation issue, please contact us with:
- Donor name
- Transaction ID
- Date and amount donated
- Reason for refund request
